Five Star Hippie® Store Policies:

Accepted Methods of Payment. 
We accept US currency with credit card payments through PayPal & Swipe. You do not have to have a registered account with Paypal or Swipe to make a payment.

Shipping Time. 
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 3-7 business day delivery within the US and 7-14 days for international shipments.   

Shipping Methods.
Merchandise will be shipped using the USPS. Please contact us if you need expediting shipping. We will notify you what additional charges will be applied towards your purchase.

Damaged Shipments.
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier (USPS). If any packages are missing or damaged, be sure to note this. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Return Merchandise Policy. 
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return most (restrictions apply) new, unworn items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee. If you received an incorrect or defective item due to our error, the 20% re-stocking fee will not apply.  We will also refund the shipping cost if the item was a cause of our error.  
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
